What I found last time I posted was my photos were correctly rotated on my phone but when posted they were the wrong way not sure why

I've had this problem as well and I'm willing to bet it's mostly, if not all, iPhone users. I looking into it last year and on an iPhone the picture will be oriented correctly but when you upload it, it's rotated. Couldn't find a fix other than resizing the image and saving it as a new one.

Nope, my pics were from a canon camera. I will attach a couple -

No rotation, appear upright -

Rotate 90 deg clock wise, appear on the side -

Shrink the image, appear upright, no rotation -

There we go, size matters!!! the above was shrunk to 1024 x 768 from the full 2,2mb file its all good.
