While there might be some other model that works better lets not jump to the new MCR. I certainly find it less accessible than the old and have heard from several guides that it is more difficult to post to. Maybe that's why there are fewer MCR post this year than in past years.

Maybe Gravsports could increase its ambition, scope, and reach by broadening its audience. It could become a "Canadian Rockies Climbing" forum. Cover summer alpine conditions, all new routes, route guide, etc.

Mountain Project has a platform that works and is super convenient. People still go there. It's a much larger forum with tons of traffic. Maybe it could be rolled into that website, or borrow its platform?
